Rules for ATV Giveaway On KIQX-KRSJ
1– The ATV will be given to the person that has the key that starts it.
2– To become eligible to receive a key to attempt to start the ATV, one must:
A– Attend, register and be selected from the drawing at one of the
locations designated for this promotion. OR
B– Register at radiodurango.com and be selected from the drawing of
those registered. OR
C– Listen for the key song on KIQX and KRSJ at 7:20 AM Monday
through Friday with some exceptions , starting June ____ then be the
designated caller when this song is repeated later in the day.
Winners are limited to ONE key per household.
3– Each of the contestants will receive a certificate that is redeemable for a
key that MAY start the ATV. Only one key will start the ATV.
4– This certificate is redeemable only at the final location of the promotion and
must be presented by the winner or his/her delegate.
5– All the keys will be placed in a drum and mixed. Contestants will then be
allowed to draw out one key on a first come first served basis and try to
start the ATV. A representative of FCB and/or THE FUN CENTER will be
on hand during each attempt to make sure the key is correctly inserted and
tried.
6– Once the ATV has been successfully started, the contest is over and no
further attempts will be allowed. There is ONE winner.
7– The winner of the certificate shall be responsible for any and all fees, taxes,
licenses and other charges associated with taking ownership and operation
the ATV.
8– You must be 18 or older to enter this contest.
9– Employees and families of THE FUN CENTER, FOUR CORNERS
BROADCASTING LLC and any other sponsors of this promotion are not
eligible to participate in this contest.
10– Rules are subject to change in accordance at the decscretion of FCB to
comply with laws or local regulations.
11– By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by
them.
12– All participants in this promotion may be asked to sign a release giving
FCB the right to release their name and use their likeness in the post
promotion of this contest.
